[Geneva 1st Archyde.com]-Russia’s Foreign Minister Rabkov said at the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva on the 1st that Ukraine was trying to obtain nuclear weapons and that it needed to be stopped at a real danger.
“Ukraine has the means to transport Soviet technology and nuclear weapons,” Rabkov said in a pre-recorded speech. “We cannot neglect to respond to this realistic crisis.”
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Kleba accused Russia of bombing Ukraine as a war crime and called for a special meeting to deal with Russia’s invasion and weapons of mass destruction.
