Actors Lee Se-hee, Park Gyu-young, and Jung Soo-jeong (Krystal) received the ‘2021 KBS Drama Awards’ Rookie of the Year Award.
At the ‘2021 KBS Drama Awards’ held at 8:30 pm on the 31st at the KBS Hall in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Se-hee Lee, Kyu-young Park, and Jung Soo-jeong received the Rookie of the Year award.
Lee Se-hee, who is performing as Park Dan-dan in ‘A Gentleman and Lady’, said, “I am very grateful for the award, and this year has a lot of dream-like things, so this scenery is like a dream.” Then, referring to the people he was grateful for, he said, “Think about it, think about it” with a nervous look. Lee Se-hee said, “I was only thinking about not becoming someone in the work, until the end of the work, I will hold it deeply in my heart and try to act with sincerity.”
Park Gyu-young, who played Kim Da-li in ‘Dali and Gamjatang’, said, “It was a year that I received so much love and support that I thought I wanted to live again,” and said, “I will become a healthy actor who acts sincerely with healthy energy.
Lastly, Jung Soo-jung, who played Oh Kang-hee in ‘Police Class’, said, “It’s been 12 years since I debuted, but it’s my first time receiving the Rookie of the Year award. In addition, Jung Soo-jung mentioned the people she is grateful for and expressed her ambition, “I will show you more diverse sides in the future.”
The awards ceremony was hosted by actress Kim So-hyeon, Lee Do-hyun, and singer Seong Si-kyung, and was held in consideration of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) situation and in compliance with the broadcast rules.
